CMG Granulators will present at MECSPE 2023 show its latest granulation solutions for the injection molding and for recycling applications.
Giorgio Santella – Managing Director of CMG Granulators – will be one of the speakers at the Green Plastix Arena presented by MECSPE in collaboration with the magazine Plastix . On March 31 at 12pm, he will talk about granulators for high efficient post-consumer recycling, presenting our Evoluzione series.
In the Green Plastix Arena at MECSPE, companies from the rubber-plastics sector will be able to present their innovative solutions based on the concept of circular economy, where digitalisation is a key factor for resource management efficiency.
New low speed screen-less granulator series SL
CMG launches a new series of low speed screen-less granulators with innovative and unique attributes, all contributing to obtaining the highest degree of regrind quality (homogeneous particle dimensions and absence of dust), efficiency of operation, ease of cleaning and the best application flexibility.
The new SL range consists of four models, for capacities going from 5 kg/h up to 30 kg/h.
New high precision granulator series G17
CMG launches a new series of small size beside the press granulators with connotates of high caliber. The very innovative and unique attributes of such new series are several and all contribute to obtaining the highest degree of productivity, regrind quality (homogeneous particle dimensions and absence of dust), efficiency of operation and the best application flexibility.
In its standard configuration the G17 granulators are applicable to processes of injection moulding and of blow moulding. In the ET1 or ET2 configuration, they are suitable for extrusion applications. The granulation capacity range is from 5 kg/h up to 90 kg/h
Supergranulators for post-consumer recycling
With the new Evoluzione series, CMG presents the EV916 and EV616 models, solutions suitable for the most critical operating conditions, for wet or dry granulation, which require high performance characteristics such as granulation capacity from 2,000 to over 5,000 kg/h, versatility, efficiency and sustainability.
The Evoluzione series guarantees operational consistency and wear resistance of a higher degree, with its construction solutions that involve the use of harmonic steel, Hardox and assembled modular structures. In addition to the precision to the hundredth of a millimeter on the construction of the new cutting chamber, which allows a much longer duration of the blades when compared to conventional models, all the Evoluzione are equipped with advanced controls, in the Industry 4.0 style, to make the machine functions 100% monitorable and manageable. Operating temperature, blade wear, productivity, operational efficiency, energy use, all functional parameters managed on the machine or remotely, with connectivity based on the OPC-UA protocol, are just some distinctive features.
